Single room available in DD2 area, fully furnished with cutlery/bedsheets/kitchen appliances included. There is a-lot of storage and you get your own private large bathroom on the same floor. Rent would be £420 everything included. You’d be living with 3 women, 2 of us are students and 1 professional night shift worker. The room is mostly for short-term lets but long-term can be considered. 4min walk from closest shop and 3 min walk to closest bus station.

There is large living room and kitchen where you’d get half a fridge/freezer to yourself.
Window has lovely view of Dundee law.
