My current flat mate will be moving out mid September and I am looking for somebody to take over her lease.
The room is a decent size and comes with a double bed, desk and large built in wardrobes. the flat is on the ground floor and has a large kitchen and living room.
I am going into my second year of nursing. I would prefer another female student. Somebody who is clean, tidy and respectful of the flat. Although I'm not shy of the occasional nights out, I am not looking to turn the flat into a 'party flat'
