Our location is approximately 5 minutes drive from the A90 to
Aberdeen and Dundee. Forfar and Montrose are within a 10 minute drive and Stracathro Hospital is only 5 miles distant.

This room would suit someone moving to work in the area wanting short term accommodation. We have ample storage space for a bike etc.,

We have worked and lived abroad in the Far East, Africa and the Caribbean and we still like to travel. However we would welcome a younger professional into our home, and we could be flexible regarding arrangements.

Pretty room under eaves with a double bed, sofa, desk and TV.
En suite WC and washbasin and sole use of separate Bathroom.
Ideal for professional wanting accommodation during the week.
Use of washing machine and microwave, but there is a fridge and kettle for your own use.

There is ample parking outside the house. We have a small friendly dog
