Small room for small price, short let's preferred.

A lovely house in a nice area. I have a very small single (click on picture you will see the radiator for accurate idea of size), well set up furnished room. Single bed, wardrobe and small set of drawers. 5 min walk to the nearest shop, takeaway and restaurant. Dundee 15 mins drive, bus stop 300 yards from door. 5 minutes drive into Broughty Ferry or 30 minute walk.

Would consider short let's only, as well as term time. Due to size
of room not suitable for longer stays.

I am a 38 year old professional that works Mon - Fri sometimes from home.
