Flat mate required - Broughty Ferry / Dundee

I (your flat mate) am a friendly, easy going and easy to get a long with person. I am currently studying business management at University of Dundee as well as run my own business. I am a very organised person.
This flat is less than a 1 minute walk from the train station with a £1.40 travel fair into city centre which is only a 5 minute journey. As well as a 5 minute walk from the beach this property is also situated in a beautiful area of Broughty Ferry.
The flat itself is beautiful and is very well kept. There are also shops, doctors, banks, pubs etc all in a short walking distance. The vacancy itself is a double bedroom. Potential candidates should expect a friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere. As a Student at University of Dundee as well as a driving instructor I (your flat mate) am out of the house most of the day. This arrangement is for the entire flat and you, the candidate, are expected to treat the entire flat as your home... not just your bedroom.
