Double room in quiet village

Hello, I am looking for a conscientious flatmate, clean and tidy and willing to help out around the house.

Shared bathroom and lounge. Room to be furnished once terms are agreed upon.

I am a fitness enthusiast and trying to eat healithy.. trying.. so someone with a similar lifestyle would be preferred (sharing evening meals would be easier)

Bills will be minimal and only those that will increase with a tennent (gas, electricity, council tax etc)
