Lovely attic conversion

Hi, I recently parted company with my wife leaving me the whole house. I have two bedrooms upstairs, one large and one not so big which I thought could be your living room. I have the same downstairs, a living room plus a bedroom. You have your floor and I have mine. There’s a shared bathroom upstairs although I have my own toilet downstairs and of course a large shared kitchen. I keep myself to myself and I’m not looking to sit and watch television together in the evening, view the upstairs as your own private floor for you and you only and same applies for me downstairs. I’m clean tidy and friendly. There’s lovely sea views from both your rooms and a bus stop outside plus train station just one minute away. £380 includes all bills and broadband. You’ve also a huge built in wardrobe so tones of storage too.
