Double Room Available

I have a fully furnished double room available from the middle to end of August. The flat has a shared garden and plenty of free parking in the street, it is about a 15/20 minutes walk to the city centre. Baxter Park is less than one minute walk away.

I am a 41 year old professional male. I like to keep the place nice and clean and I'm looking for a respectful housemate who is ideally a fellow professional, however I will consider mature students.

The lounge is nice and spacious, the kitchen has all new appliances. There is great access to shops, bakeries, pharmacy, post office, Lidl etc. all within a few mins walk.

I'm looking for someone that is respectful, tidy and not a 24/7 party animal. I'm happy to be social and spend time with a flatmate but also respect your privacy and preferences.
