Spacious and Cozy Flat

I'm going on exchange for 2nd semester and will be renting my room out from January until late June, however you can stay until August if you need too!. It's a very big and spacious 2 bedroom flat on Perth Road with plenty of storage! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, it's a bargain for what you get!

You'd be living with my flat mate Rachael. Rachael is a very lovely and sweet girl who has been a pleasure to live with! She is very clean and quiet so won't be much bother at all! She is also very easy to talk to so it will be really easy to settle in with her!

The ideal flatmate to live here would be a young girl (preferably aged 18-24) who is quite laid back and is also conscious of other people. As well as this it would be ideal if you were also quite tidy .
