Room available in a 2 bed tenement flat just off Perth road, which has some great pubs and bars along it, just up from Magdalen Green and only a short walk to the city centre.

Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, shelving unit and mirror.

Communal areas, include kitchen, come hallway. Living room includes, xbox, TV which has Netflix, Amazon prime and Now TV. Flat has virgin wifi.

Photos are a bit old, some more furniture in the place now.

I am sociable person, enjoy sports and nights out but also a fan of relaxing in front of the tele. Looking to rent out my spare room to someone who doesn't take themselves to seriously.

This is my own home, so although extra rent is nice I need to get along with whoever stays, so if you are not really a sociable person or prefer to be left alone in your room, please look elsewhere.
