**IDEALLY LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM HOUSEMATES AT THE MOMENT, FOR 2-6 MONTHS, BUT COULD EXTEND**

Single room available in our bright, cozy flatshare in north Dundee. You would be sharing with two other lovely housemates.

The flat has a shared living room, bathroom and shared kitchen. Everything has just been re-done so the interiors and appliances etc are all new.

There is ample free on-street parking available just outside our building.

The location is handy for Dundee Technology Park, Ninewells Hospital and the James Hutton Institute. We also have a really big supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Bills are usually around £30 per person per month, and internet is £10 per person per month.
