Room available right next to University of Dundee

Looking for someone to replace me in my current flat, its right next to DJCAD and a 5-minute walk from the Dundee campus.

10 minute walk into town too, the flat has double glazed windows, a study, a utility room, living room and kitchen.

The room is a double and is fully furnished as is the rest of the flat, there is also a security system and shared back garden.

My current flatmate, Felix, works in the Clubcard department at Tesco and is a pretty chill guy, he has a cat who is very friendly and relaxed but isn't allowed in the bedrooms or study - entirely up to you if you want the cat around you :)

Rent is 325, Wifi is 20 (Sky Fibre Max), the flat just has electricity so it's around £37.50 a month
