Furnished flat in tradtional tenement block that overlooks Baxter Park. Would suit a couple, two individuals or a family.

The rooms have double beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside storage. There is room for additional storage or a desk in the rooms, should you require.

The flat has large carpeted rooms with big double glazed windows and high ceilings. There is a power shower over the bath. Lounge has 2 sofas, wide screen tv and table with four chairs in the bay window. The galley style kitchen has a washer dryer, microwave, fridge freezer and is equipped with dishes, pans etc.

There is a communal drying green out the back (a sun trap- good for BBQs!) and a communal garden at the front. The close is friendly and quiet. Many of the other residents have lived there for years. Baxter Park is close to many local amenities and bus routes.

The flat is strictly no smoking.
