Room to rent in Dundee.

Due to my flatmate moving away for work, I am looking for another professional/mature student to share my wee flat :) I am a Primary teacher, so am working full time all week. I like cooking, yoga and meeting friends. It would be nice to have someone with similar interests to share the flat with and chat with of an evening.
Lovely location on the second floor overlooking Baxter Park, with plenty of on street parking and good bus links nearby. It's about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, and 5 minutes from local shops and supermarkets.
The flat is cozy and bright and well insulated, so energy bills are never that high. I have Virgin broadband, tv and phoneline.
There is a well equipped galley kitchen with a washing machine, and a drying green in the back garden. The bathroom has a bath and a good shower. The room has a double bed and quite a lot of storage space.
