A good sized bathroom with shower, a fully fitted kitchen with built in appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A comfortable lounge overlooks the gardens and is furnished with sofas, dining area and TV. Its a great place to relax.
Prospective tenants must be able to provide a previous tenancy reference/ personal reference and be able to meet up.
I am looking for someone who will respect and enjoy the property, Current tenant is a biological sciences student who will be going into final year.. Sharing the occasional meal and chatting are important, but not into the Party scene.. Calm and peaceful is her preferred environment.
