We are two students studying at Dundee Uni, going into 3rd year. We have a spare room in our flat on 74 Commercial Street for the next academic year. Move in date would be mid-June and rent is £285 per month.
We are looking for another student who is social and easy to get along with. We are friendly and outgoing and would like someone who doesn't mind a bit of noise on weekends!
*NOTE* the flat is going to be renovated before we move in so the flat will have new carpeting, the woodwork will be re-painted and a new suite in the living room.
