THE PEOPLE: My name is Karin, I am female, non-smoking and work as a nurse at Ninewells hospital. I own the house so as a live-in landlord am able to make sure if anything did happen it would be dealt with immediately rather than having to call someone and wait. You would be sharing with myself, one other housemate & my friendly cat.
