I am looking for someone to take over my tennancy for the 2019-2020 University year due to me being unable to return to university this coming year.

I have a double room in a 5 bedroom all girls flat within Keiller Court. The lease for the room is 44 weeks long beginning in September 2019, however this can be discussed with Keiller Court to be extended for early check-in or for late check-out.

Keiller Court is located in a prime location in Dundee which makes it perfect for you to get the full student experience. Its just a 5 minute walk from both Dundee and Abertay university as well as a 5 minute walk to the heart of Dundee giving you easy access to the local shops, gyms and bars and clubs.

The flat its self consists of 5 bedrooms, two bathroom that each have a shower and an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen also comes with everything you would need on a day to day basis (plates, cutlery, pots and pans, cups and cooking utensils. There is also a washer/dryer and a dishwasher included in the kitchen which unlike other accomodation you don't have to pay for every load of washing that you do.
