Student looking for new flatmate

I'm a student going into my 3rd year of MA Politics which means I am looking to live with someone that isn't going to keep me up at night as the next two years are incredibly important. I don't mind living with someone who wants to have parties on the weekend but I can't say I'm gonna appreciate any of that during the week - and so long as you do your own dishes/tidy the shared spaces fairly we should get along just fine.

I myself am a smoker though if you take particular exception to this I'm happy to lock myself out on the balcony whenever I do so. Bills and rent together usually come at about £410pcm.
