Double bedroom in City Quay

One double bedroom available 9th March in a 5 bedroom house in city quay.

The house is arranged over 3 floors.
I live in the attic room with my partner and baby, and one other bedroom is rented out. There is a guest bedroom for use by visitors.

One double room is available from the 9th of March. The main bathroom is next to the room, and will be primarily for your sole use (other bedrooms are en suite).

Kitchen/dining room with 2 fridge freezers and plenty of storage space, 6 seat dining table and sofa. Built in washing machine and dishwasher.

Garden with barbecue and garden furniture

All bills included, with a cleaner twice a month for the communal areas

I have one cat (female), she is friendly and outdoors mostly during the day
