The room up for rent is a lovely double room with desk and chair, two chest of drawers and a big wardrobe. The rest of the flat is great, with a big shared living room, a kitchen with a dining table and separate cubby with washing machine and fridge, and a bathroom with a bath. The flat also has access to a shared back garden with a place to hang washing and there is plenty of on street parking near by if you have a car. The location of the flat is perfect for students (other two flat mates are students) as it is only a 15 minute walk from University of Dundee campus, around 25 minutes from Abertay campus and a 10 minute bus journey from Ninewells Hospital (perfect for medical students or nurses). Potential flatmates should expect a great room shared in a flat with two sociable students that is close to many amenities (2 shops and a 24 bakery a 5 minute walk away)
