I am looking for someone to take my place in my current flat from November. My flatmate is doing Electronics and Physics at Dundee University. The Flat is extremely clean and newly refurbished with huge living area and kitchen. There is a separate shower room and bath in the bathroom. My flatmate is extremely jolly person and loves to socialize and is into PS4 gaming. He is also studious when comes to studies. The flat itself is equipped with gas central heating and double glazed windows (very important to sustain Dundee's winter). There is also a private parking area allocated to tenants of this flat. Magdalen green is just down the road, SPAR and bus stop is 2mins walk.
