Elliott is an old friend so I know him very well, he is a tidy and friendly roommate, I lived with him for 6 months at the start of the year and I can confirm that he isn't loud or invasive. He is also a student so is exempt from council tax, meaning the new potential tenant will get a 25% discount from the council tax (unless they are a student as well).

There is ample street parking right outside the flat.
