Room to rent overlooking Baxter park

2 bedroom Flat on Arbroath road overlooking Baxter park. Beautiful and quiet Flat 15 mins walk from the center of town. Arbroath road is on great bus routes to town and over to the university. We have plenty of street parking and a small shared garden out the back.

Large double room with a dated carpet (but clean!), nice high ceilings wooden floor and laminated floor in the kitchen/front room, hallway and bathroom. Well decorated, tidy and clean. Power shower, washing machine, fridge and oven are all in tip top shape. Gas and electric are on top up cards, the shop is two minutes away.

I'm a full time mature student at UoD studying Environmental science. I work part time in a cafe in town. I think people would describe me as friendly and easy going (I think). I like to be active, play football on Saturdays and work out. I also enjoy board-games, reading, coffee and cute dogs/cats on the internet.
