This bright, modern apartment is a short walk from Dundee University and the city's most popular cafes, bars and restaurants.

Fully furnished including kitchenware, bedding and towels, soaps and most amenities.

The accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. There is a Double bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror.

**The sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed to form the second bedroom. You can see this bed fully made in the photographs.**

Free on-street parking is available right outside the door and there is a convenience store across the road.

Entry is a self-check in process using a key lock, but I am always available to contact if required.

There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.

Please note, this flat is on the Third floor.
