Flatmate wanted

Hi there, thanks for checking out my advert.

I’m looking to rent out my spare room in my flat. The flat is fully furnished, with high ceilings, a decorative fireplace, and a homely feel. I have modernised the bathroom in 2019 to include a walk in shower suite. The area is pretty quite, I have not had any complaints from my current tennant.

Parking is available on street with a communal garden to the rear of the building.

My flat is on the second floor, of a three floor building.

I’m in the military and work away from home, so you will essentially have the entire property to yourself which is why the price is slightly higher!

I generally only come back once every few months, be it for a night if I’m passing, a weekend, or possibly a couple of weeks if I’m on leave from work. (I think I’ve been in the flat 15 days total since January 1st 2024 for ref). I’ll always text ahead of time to let you know I’ll be dropping in.

There is good access to corner shops, and supermarkets by car and by foot. The town centre is around a 10 minute drive, and very close to the city bypass.

The flat is currently occupied by my soon to be previous tenant, he is in his final 2 weeks in the property, in which he has stayed for almost 3 years. The property will be available from approximately Friday 16th august, subject to his confirmed moving out date, and the property having a satisfactory deep clean.

I have a dog who will be in the property when I am.
