Description
This large, bright double bedroom is available for rent, after my last flatmate moved out to study abroad. It is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, large wardrobe, office chair and a set of drawers, and has recently been painted and re-decorated. The window is South facing, looking out onto our private garden and a very quiet street. The flat is modern and bright, with two bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The bills are included with the £300 rent, this includes electricity, heating, tv licence, home phone, and WiFi. The flat also has a television with Sky Q, Netflix, a record player and an Amazon Alexa.
The flat is very secure with several locks on the door, locked windows and an alarm system in every room, which can be used during the day and at night, smoke alarms in both rooms and a CO detector.
We have our own private garden area at the front of the flat and a shared, larger garden at the back of the flat. I also have garden furniture which can be used in the better weather.
I have two pet hamsters who live in their separate cages in the living room. They are very clean and friendly animals, they don’t bite and aren’t very noisy, but I would need a flatmate who didn’t mind the hamsters being there, and unfortunately this also means I couldn’t have a flatmate with a cat or dog (as much as I’d love that the hamsters wouldn’t).
The flat is a 15 minute walk from the university, a 20 minute walk from the town and a 30 minute walk to Ninewells. It’s located on a lovely street, very close to Clark’s Bakery, and right next to a beautiful park.
