Large double room in ideal location

Hello!

Available is a spacious room in a flat located just out front of Dundee University, as my current flatmate will be moving out soon.

The flat has a fantastic view to the Tay river and is a few minutes from the town centre and all its amenities.

The flat is furnished and it even has a sauna in the bathroom and balcony (currently unused but could be) with a lovely view from the kitchen area and bathroom. There's an electric shower, bath, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove + oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a combi boiler for heat, plus other amenities. The available bedroom has several chests of drawers and a wardrobe as well as a desk.

You would be living with a tidy, friendly (and a bit geeky) male flatmate. I can sit quietly all day or keep you company! I love music and do play some (but the flat is quiet), I love fun cars, games, photography, technology, etc. and have many other hobbies. I work in IT, and would really love to live with someone into cars maybe, and into japanese culture, for example. I've had many flatmates and roommates over the years so am super easy to get on with. I've been in this flat since 2017!

Bills come to around £110 including internet. Council tax depends on whether or not you're a student, that comes out to about £75 each (council tax band C).

This is starting 15th of July, but could be earlier, the paperwork takes about a week I would say.

I am ideally looking for a professional as a flatmate at the moment.

There are a couple of things in the flat that need addressing, mostly that there is damage to the decoration in the bathroom but this is going to be fixed soon. There is new carpet and flooring in place, but the room to be taken needs this done still, which will happen ASAP. Washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, electric shower and a few other things have been replaced in the last few years. It's a traditional house, so the windows are single-glaze but the heating is very strong and the flat is kept warm due to it facing the sunny side of Dundee.

The photos are actually from a few years ago, and living room is more empty at the minute (as those items are from a previous flatmate), but the main difference is the new flooring and carpet.
