The flat is fully furnished and has open plan living/kitchen area and two bathrooms one with a shower cubicle and the other with a shower in the bath. The flat is only a 4 minute walk from Abertay University and a 15 minute walk from Dundee University. The flat is also a short walking distance from the shops, train station, bus station, restaurants and pubs.

The flat photographs were taken while the current tenants are living there. A video of the empty fully furnished flat can be sent on request.

Parking permit required due to limited parking near by.
