It is ideally located - 5 minute walk to Dundee University with shops/supermarkets available on Perth Road. 15 min walk to the city centre, less than 1 min walk to various bus stops for a commute to St Andrew's or Ninewells.
The flat is quiet and peaceful with lots of natural light and is warm and cosy. It has been newly decorated and I plan to get new carpets/flooring in the summer.
