Big, fully furnished double bedroom available

Hey,

I am looking for a new flat mate to move in mid January. The flat is situated close to the Dundee football stadium, and is about a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride to town centre. It also has ample on street parking at all times and a bus stop about 2 minutes away.

The flat consist of a light and open sitting room, a modern kitchen and bathroom and the bedrooms.
I am studying a masters in Edinburgh and I welcome both students and professionals as flatmates. All bills included in the room prices EXCEPT if you are a professional you will be responsible for the council tax. Also there is a television in the living room and Netflix and Amazon Prime is included in the rent too but I do not have a TV licence.

I am sociable and don’t mind having a chat and a drink every now and then but also respect others’ privacy and I am looking for the same in the new flat mates.
Small pets might be considered but definitely no smokers.
