It is also convenient for shopping and is within walking distance of the city Center taking 15min. There are 7 other residents residing within the house all of whom are professionals. Due to the nature of the residents the property is relatively quiet. This particular double room shares a shower room with one other room. The shower room is directly adjacent. All bills and services are included being Gas Electricity Council Tax TV license WiFi is freely available throughout the property.

Due to my duty of care to the existing residents I will be require 2 references. One from an existing or former Landlord and one from a person of good standing.
