Large, fully furnished double bedroom in townhous

Hi all.

I have a double room to rent in my modern 4 bedroom townhouse in the Glens area of Dundee.

As you can see in the pictures, the room isn't furnished at the moment as the description states. This is due to me doing a bit of renovation work (paint, new hanging rails in the wardrobe). Now that the work is done, I'll get a new bed etc in there.

Here is a list of some of the amenities;

-Washing machine and dryer (utility room on the ground floor adjacent to your room)

-High speed WIFI
-Parking
-Central Heating
-Private shower room (not en-suite as stated in the ad but just next door to your room and exclusively for your use)

The room itself is very spacious with double patio doors leading out onto the deck. You may see that the deck is two tone at the moment but I have now managed to source a tin of the dark grey paint to complete the work :). From the deck, a set of stairs lead into the garden. If the sun does come out, it hits the garden/deck from about 15:00, perfect for work finishing.

Myself, I am an easy going guy, currently working in Aberdeen if I'm not away travelling with work. Looking for a flat mate who is also easy going respectful, clean and tidies up after themselves.

The house is within 50m of 3 or 4 bus routes and is handy for Kings Cross Hospital, Stacks and Kingsway retail parks. I tend to walk into/back from town but it's about a half hour walk.
