We are 2 recently graduated art students looking for a couple of fun and friendly new people to join our cosy Cleghorn flat.

The bedrooms come furnished with double beds, a desk with drawers and a wardrobe.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, large toaster, washing machine, fridge and table to eat at.
The living room has 3 sofas and a coffee table.
The bathroom has a bath tub and shower.
The flat is on the small side but its very homely and easy to keep warm in winter.

We are two very easy going and sociable friends who have been living here for the past 3 years. We do a lot of good cooking, both play guitar and keep a happy collection of houseplants.
