Looking for flatmate

I am looking for a student to fill my cute little room. Preferably looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 5 months. Would love to stay but due to uni/covid situation am moving back home.

Easy walking distance to both universities and 5 minute walk to co-op. Flat is situated between Balgay and Dudhope Park so easy access to lovely walks.
It’s a 2nd floor flat with cozy living room, good sized kitchen and bathroom. Central heating and double glazing.
Easy on street parking - I’ve never had an issue with finding spaces.

Bills around £40 a month.

Flatmates are friendly, foodie, current and graduated art students.
Always up for cooking, movies, creative evenings and a glass of wine. ☺️
