Double Room & Ensuite For Sem 2

Looking for preferably a student for semester 2. 5 min walk from Dundee uni. Ideally someone who wants to work hard but also is sociable and friendly. My flatmates are all 20-21, 2 males and 2 females, enjoy sports, gym, going out for a drink but also being in 3rd year, needing to work hard too. The room is fairly large, furnished, with an en-suite. There is a communal kitchen, living room, laundry room, garden, parking space and small balcony. The house is set over 3 floors. The room comes with a bed, bedside table, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
