Our current flat mate is unable to extend their lease for this coming semester due to covid restrictions, so we are ideally looking for someone who needs a space from January until August!
The house is nice and cosy and all current tenants are approachable and friendly university students.
The room is on the second floor, and is currently equipped with a single bed, but our landlord is more than happy to provide you with any furniture should you want to make any changes!
The house is located close to magdalen green, and is a short walk from sainsbury’s and the perth road post office. We are located less than 10 mins away from DJCAD (on foot) and the university of dundee!
There are two full bathrooms and a WC, as well as a back garden and a private driveway.
Our rent is £275 pcm and bills mostly come to around £30/£35 pcm.
