I’m looking for someone to replace me in my current tenancy.
It is a double bedroom, furniture consists of a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf and desk. Windows also have double glazing.

Shared kitchen, living room, 3 toilets and shower (and also a lil garden) Utilities include 2 fridges and 1 freezer, a washing machine and Dishwasher.

The flatmates also have an understanding you can use the attic room as a work space - good for an artist studio!

Situated on Roseangle road, just a 2 minute walk from dundee uni and a 10 minute walk to the town centre

Rent is £375 (not including bills)
This is available from march and the lease ends in June.

currently there are 4 second year students aged 19-20 living here all studying different subjects. There is 3 females and 1 male preferably looking for a another female flatmate of a similar age
