This is one of three double bedrooms in a cosy three-bedroom flat. The room has a large built in wardrobe and plenty room for storage. There is also a sink in the room which is practical if you are in a rush. The flat is within close proximity to the city centre and both universities in Dundee. The street is quiet so ideal for those studying but also suitable for professionals. The flat also has a balcony which is good for socialising and chilling outside if you need some fresh air. There is also plenty of parking space available outside the flat, for those who drive. We are looking for a new flat mate who will appreciate the others they are living with, cleans up after themselves and is generally just a good overall flat mate.
