Attractive, bright, sunny and spacious room for let, in a lovely house with beautiful views over the River Tay. This room is available from 3rd September 2023.
The room has a small en-suite , a sitting area and beautiful views of the River Tay.

The only shared area is the Kitchen Diner so you will need to be tidy and considerate of others, this includes emptying bins, cleaning up the kitchen after yourself etc.
The kitchen is well equipped.

If you have a car, you will be allocated a parking space.

Wifi, utilities and council tax are included in the Rental price. Due to the increased cost of living, overnight guests will be charged at £25/night and can only stay for 2 nights maximum at a time. This is to respect the other residents who live in the house.

We are looking for someone who is quiet, tidy and respectful of others.

If your busy world is about finding ease, the location gives easy access to main arterial routes in and out of Dundee as well as good bus services to the Universities and Ninewells Hospital.
