One double bedroom for rent, lovely spacious flat

One double bedroom (single occupancy per bedroom) available for rent. The flat is over two levels and has three double bedrooms, one main bathroom and one additional second toilet, one communal living room and a kitchen. The flat is centrally headed and has high speed Virgin internet. Bills (gas, electricity, internet, council tax) are included in the rent.

The flat is situated on bus routes and is about a 15/20 min walk from the city centre of Dundee. There is free parking on the street outside the flat (always spaces). It is in a quite residential area with great views over the river Tay.

I am a live-in landlord working as a professional in the local area. I am friendly and sociable but used to living with other people and respecting each others space. I am currently living there with my hamster (and it’s very large cage). I am renting the two spare rooms one of which is already rented to a current flatmate.
