Large Double Bedroom in Well Furnished Flat

I'm currently looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving out on the 10th of July.

The flat is located near baxter park with excellent transport links into the city center or a 20 minute walk. The area features a lidl and co-op nearby.

The room is very spacious and bright, both bedrooms are larger than the communal living room which is well furnished with two sofas and a tv.

I would preferably be looking for a mature student who is clean and not too loud to maintain the current condition of the flat.
