Extended stay serviced studio apartment block is located within an area to the east of the centre of Dundee, (around 1.2 miles from Dundee Station). There are 25 studio rooms available to book, each room is equipped with kitchenette and en-suite shower or bath. From £650 per month, price is inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, fast speed Wi-Fi internet, free view Tv channels)

 Pricing

£650 pcm for minimum booking of 180 days
£750 pcm for minimum booking of 90 days
£850 pcm for minimum booking of 30 days
Flexible terms. Minimum stay is 30 days.

Prices are based on single occupancy only, we charge £100 extra for one additional adult. Maximum occupancy for the rooms is 2 people. We offer different prices to different rooms based on their sizes and decorative standard. Security fee is required to secure the bookings and to be held as deposit towards the entire stay, the security fee cannot be used as credit against booking fees. One off cleaning charge will be applied upon check out (minimum charge is £45). Security fee is refundable at check out (T&Cs apply).

Deposit and first month booking fee payable prior to checking in. Further bookings payable on 30 day basis.

* Kitchenette: kitchen sink, 2 ring hob and extractor fan, microwave, kettle, under counter fridge with built in freezer, storage cupboards.
* Ensuite with walk in shower (Studio 109 and G40 offers bath and shower over bath).
