I have a 3 bed house at the top of Dundee. It’s a 30 minute walk into town or 5-10 minutes in the car. Bus routes near by - no. 22 runs past the house and stops outside UoD


Amenities/ house includes:
2 Furnished double bedrooms for rent
2 bathrooms
Living room
Kitchen diner
Large garden and loads of outside seating (lovely in spring and summer)
Nearby street parking

Bills partially included:
- Heating is not included and this is a variable bill split monthly.
- if eligible for council tax this would also be extra

I will be away for most of the time these rooms are available but must be ok with dogs as mine will be around when I am.

I am looking for a lodgers who are clean and responsible!
Flexible for move in dates in start-mid may.

Room 1 - master bedroom! Double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, clothes cabinet and desk. South facing and garden view

Room 2 - double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, chair, desk and south facing with garden view.

No couples, no friends sharing 1 room, and no pets.
