This room is available from the end of June, but specific dates are flexible.

Available is an unfurnished* double bedroom, with shared kitchen, bathroom and a lounge.

*most of the existing furniture is available to buy, if you would be interested

The building has a rear garden and a secure entrance, on-street parking. Great location near bus routes, grocery stores and Baxter Park.

Your share of the rent would be £350 - the full monthly cost including bills depends on things like council tax, how much electricity is used etc. but should not go above 550£/pm.

NOTE: Any applicants are required to pass the checks from the letting agency (Tula Property) before moving in, you would be added as a joint tenat in the tenancy agreement.

Students are more than welcome to enquire but I am looking for someone mature and responsible to live with, and it would be great to split the council tax.

Women preferred but anyone is free to get in touch! This is a LGBT+ friendly household. Pets are also welcome, but I believe you’d have to pay higher deposit.

I myself am a professional working from home. I studied game design, but now work just in software development. In my free time, I like to bake, play dnd and boardgames, and I have a small community garden plot nearby!
