This room is available from the START OF NOVEMBER, but furniture etc. could be brought over before that.

Available is an unfurnished double bedroom, shared kitchen, bathroom and a shared lounge/storage/drying room.

The building has a rear garden and a secure entrance, on-street parking. Great location near bus routes, grocery stores and Baxter Park.

Your share of the rent would be £350 - the full monthly cost including bills depends on things like council tax, how much electricity is used etc. but should not go above 550£/pm.

NOTE: Any applicants are required to pass the checks from the letting agency (Tula Property) before moving in, you would be added as a joint tenat in the agreement.

Students are more than welcome to enquire but I am looking for someone mature and responsible to live with, and it would be great to split the council tax.

Women preferred but anyone is free to get in touch! This is a LGBT+ friendly household. Pets are also welcome, but I think you’d have to pay higher deposit.

I am a professional working from home. I graduated three years back from Abertay where I studied game design. Now I keep fishes and plants and bake during weekends.
