Looking for flatmate for spare room.

We currently have a flatmate moving out in order to study from home this year and are looking for a flatmate for the spare room.

We are ideally looking for another student however very open to different applicants if suitable. We have off road parking and it is a 3 story house with a garden, balcony, garage and plenty of storage space. We are a very socialable flat and during the evening spend most of our time together in the living room. We are entering into our final years of University so we do spend the majoirity of the day on Campus or studying.

The bedroom contains a double bed, desk and hanging wardrobe with space under the bed for storage boxes.
