You'll be sharing the flat with 4 others. 3 med students and an IT student. All at the university of Dundee. Everyone's pretty relaxed and clean up after themselves so looking for someone similar as well.

There's 2 cars between the flat members and we make weekly shopping trips together so you're welcome to tag along, and they'd be happy to give you a ride if you need one somewhere nearby.

All utilities come up to about 40 a month maybe a bit higher during the winter cuz of heating but is also lower during the summer.

We are all male graduate students, aged 24-28, but all potential renters are welcome. It is a non-smoking house (but if you do smoke you can go in the garden or round the side of the house), and our contract does not allow for pets.

You will be able to move in immediately, and I will have paid the rent amount for Jan.

The house is located close to a bus station (2 mins), grocery stores (5 mins) and balgay park (10 mins).
