Double Bedroom in Central Dundee Student House

We're looking for a new flatmate to fill a vacancy in our house between now and the end of the academic year (so the start of Summer). Must be a student.

The bedroom available is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe with a mirror, rack to hang clothes and a few shelves. The bedroom is on the top floor, at the back of the house.

The house is a modern, 3-storey townhouse with a nice spacious garden, a balcony in the living room and 4x separate toilets (two bathrooms, 2 toilets) and 1 ensuite. We have central heating and double-glazed windows.

In the living room, there's a TV, PlayStation 4 (with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon memberships) available to anyone.

In the kitchen, there is a gas cooker, oven, microwave, 2x fridges with integrated freezers, kettle and toaster available to use. There's also a washing machine which can be found in the dedicated laundry room.

As a group, we're 4 males. 2 of us are Northern Irish and the other 2 are Scottish. We are all 23 years old, except for 1 who's 22, so we're older than most other university house groups. As a group, we're quite sociable and do like to go out on nights out when we have the chance.

We're fine with smokers, but any smoking has to be done out in the back garden or out on the balcony.

The letting agent requires you to have a guarantor.
