Modern three bedroom flat. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room with one other person (me). Bedroom (3.30m x 2.93m) furnished with double bed and desk area. Large built in wardrobe. Can be unfurnished if requested. Rest of flat fully furnished. Bills around £70 a month.
Pets welcome, space can be made available for them in shared living areas if needed! I'm decently clean and tidy and looking for someone who is of a similar standard (things kept presentable and clean but if dirty dishes are left for a couple days it's not a big deal, for example). Looking for someone who is sociable and will want to spend time in shared living spaces from time to time but also need quiet time alone to study etc!
I study computing at Abertay and enjoy chill nights watching netflix as well as going to pubs.
