Looking to replace housemate in 3 story townhouse

Looking for a replacement flatmate as the other one is graduating, the flat is 5 minutes from Dundee University and PureGym and 15 minutes from Abertay University and the shopping centre.

The Room is small but comes with a 3/4 bed, table, an in wall wardrobe and the closet just outside the room, you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person which has a bath with an above shower on the third floor opposite to the room for rent.

The kitchen is shared but it quite big with 2 fridge-freezers, Gas Hobs, Electric Oven and has plenty of storage and the living room is shared and is also very spacious.

Theres also a spare toilet on the first floor, a back garden and space in the front for parking.

Bills are around £32 including WIFI
